Demonstration Loop

Last year classes were at Shasta College Farm but the venue has grown and we have a new home at the Red Bluff fairgrounds. This allows for double the class options, more vendors and more hands-on time. Lunch will be available on site (including Chevon). The prices have been lowered for attendees ($15.00 adults/$5.00 youth). There is also a drop in price for those wanting to attend just one or two classes ($3.00 per class hour).

This year we are bigger and better! We listened to attendee requests from last year.

Hotel Arrangements

The host motel for this show is the Super 8 Motel in Red Bluff. On Nov. 5th and/or 6th you can receive a discount off their already reasonable rates when you arrange to stay there during the show. Most rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. You can put up to two adults and three children in one room. A limited number of rollaways are available.

You will need to mention "Goat Education Day" when you make your reservation to get the discount. The discounted rates are 2 beds, 4 people, $65; and 1 bed, 2 people, $55.

They are located at 30 Gilmore Rd. It's straight shot 4 minute drive from the Tehama County Fairgrounds where the show is being held. Their phone number is 530-529-2028.
